“We love what we do, we all love building. Every day we get up, we love going to work, so it makes it very enjoyable.” This is Jordan Tullipan, Construction Manager with family-run Tullipan Homes based on the Central Coast of NSW.
Tullipan Homes deliver over 50 homes a year between Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle. The stunning home shown here was custom designed with Jordan to meet the lifestyle needs of his family and the large family gatherings they love to have.
As usual, Shane, Dahlsens Sales Manager – Key Accounts NSW, worked with Jordan to organise the majority of materials for this special project at Forresters Beach, all supplied out of Dahlsens Gosford by Shaun and the team. Materials included an array of James Hardie products such as cladding (Matrix and Oblique), eave sheets, Stria boards, and tile underlay. There is also LVL, cedar and more. In addition, Dahlsens Wyong Truss & Frame manufactured the wall frames, trusses, and floor systems.
A highlight of this home for Jordan is the sauna. Custom-made on site by the team, it features beautiful cedar panelling that looks – and smells – sensational. “We went to Shane and started researching what products we wanted to use. Shane’s always there to go to and is only a phone call away.”
As Tullipan Homes construct a lot of custom builds, they are always exploring new products to use in their homes. With Shane in his back pocket, Jordan can bounce off different ideas and be ahead of the game as new products hit the market.
