Second generation builder, Karim Khawari, always aspired to follow in his father’s footsteps. 25 years after learning the trade from his dad, Karim is the proud owner of a successful boutique building business, Ghan Homes.

Ghan Homes’ customer support continues beyond design and construction. With in-depth knowledge and experience working with councils and land surveyors, the team guides investors from Town Planning submissions to occupancy completion.
“We pay a lot of attention to our customer service,” says Karim.
“Due to the small size of our team, each of our clients is able to work with a staff member one-on-one from the start of their project right through to its completion. This consistency is invaluable in building trust and ensures we have a deep understanding of client expectations and project specifications.”
